CheckMatic® Express
Business Program #1
- We will help you set up your own Check Recovery Business, including our CheckMatic Express Check Recovery Software, all the paper work you need with you business information on it, and a low fee
charged to process your check electronically through the ACH to debit check writers accounts.
- This is your own business to run and we will teach you the right way to run it. You will be required to come to our office in Conroe, TX for training on software, office set up, sales training
and more. This is included with the cost of the program. We want to help you get started. Training can be waived under certain circumstances. It only requires a signed Application/Agreement and full payment received. We have the easiest approval in the industry. The cost for
this program is $1,399.00.
- When you purchase our program we will only charge you $3.00 per check including fee to submit your checks electronically through the ACH for collection. That IS
NOT $3.00 each time we put it through or for each transaction.
It is $3.00 period! We will run it once or twice if we have to and it still will cost you
only $3.00. You are invoiced twice a month at most and we will debit your account for our fees.
- The accounts you sign up are yours. You can sell the accounts, will them to your family or anything you want.
Approval is required but WILL NOT be denied without just cause. We only want to know who
is taking over your business.
What we do for you after you are set up!
When you send us your validated checks via CheckMatic Express, we batch them up and send them for collection. Every Monday all accounts are settled and funds are dispersed to you and your
merchants. We take care of all the reporting for you.
If any checks are returned back to us as, NSF, account closed, stop payment, account not found etc., you will not be charged a return fee!
We will also provide you and your merchants reports of all paid transactions and will email or fax these reports to you as they are generated every Saturday. This will let you know through double
reporting to you and your merchants are receiving the right amount each week. You will forward the reports to your merchants via e-mail or fax.
You will be able to offer our other products and services to your clients and customers and receive commissions for sales and residual commissions for services we provide. You are not limited to just bad
check collection.
What you need for this business
- Your own office, which may be set up in your home, or any other location of your choice.
- You must have a PIII with 128MB of RAM and a CD burner.
- ISP other than AOL, Earthlink or MSN. There are too many problems with these providers and your files may not get to us as well as not getting to you.
- You must have decals to place at your client locations to inform the check writers of the way returned checks are handled. We can supply you with a minimum 50 decals with our company information
at no cost. Additional decals are provided as required. If you want your own decals this will be at your expense.
- We suggest a post office box as your address, a business phone number, and a business name to identify your business. Try to keep the business name short, but yet able to identify your
business.
Business Program #2
Do you want to start your own Check Recovery Business, but don’t have the time, or you don’t want to process all the paperwork and do the computer data entry. Do you just want to do
just the sales part of the Check Recovery Business? Yes, we can make it easier for you to accomplish this with less work on your part. We will initially provide you the necessary paper work
information and the forms necessary to sign up new clients for your Check Recovery Business. It will include a one year Independent Contractor Agreement, plus a one time set up fee of only $0.00.
THATS RIGHT-ZERO! You are charged for your initial supplies. The supplies are replaced free of charge as you sign up merchants for check collection and other services. You receive
five notification stamps, ten merchant agreements, ten decals, 50 tri-fold brochures and our instruction and presentation manual. Initial cost is $54.00 which includes shipping. We are not
making any money on the supplies. We only don't want to lose if you do not follow through and market the services we offer.
You will receive 30% to 40%* commission on every check recovered electronically. In other words, we do all the clerical work for you and transmit all your merchants checks electronically through
the ACH to debit the check writers accounts. There are no deductions from your commissions. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes and expenses. You will be able to
sell our other services such as check verification, checks by phone, automated payments and more. You sign up the businesses and we will perform the following:
- Enter the check writer’s information into our Check Recovery Database.
- Send the checks through the ACH system for collection.
- If funds are available, we then debit the check writer’s account for the face amount of the check, plus the applicable state fees as allowed by your state.
- Every Monday we reimburse merchants and pay you your commissions.
- We also will provide your merchants full reports of all the new checks received and check paid every Monday.(Daily notification with e-mail address on file)
- We will also Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) check recovery amounts into your client accounts for the face amount of the checks, plus any rebates you are providing to them.(Must have e-mail
address)
- If the check was returned as, stop payment, account closed, not authorized, etc., we will then send letters to the check writer to try and recover the bad check. If it was returned as
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), we will call their bank to verify funds, and when available, we will again electronically debit that account.

We do not accept everyone to represent our company. We are not interested in quantity only quality.
That is why we don't accept any money from you for Program II. Other companies will charge you
and could care less if you ever do anything. Why should they? They already have your money!

Others are not. Some of our offices are growing every month. Others are doing little.
